Transfering a .MOV file into a powerpoint presentation

I need to transfer video from my new Kodak 6490 camera into a powerpoint
presentation. I can't get it to convert into Windows Media Player so it
won't work. I'm using MS Office 2003.

It looks to me like that camera captures movies as quicktime files
