Transfering all info. on Outlook from one PC to Another

I want to transfer all of Outlook info., e mails and
contacts from one PC to anoter. I'ver tried saving all
the email as a .PST file, but when I try to import the
info. to the new outlook, I can't do it. Can someone
tell me how do I transfer all the info.? please

1) Copy the PST on the old PC to a transfer medium (like a CD). Don't
export!!!
2) On the new PC, copy the PST from the transfer medium to some folder on
the hard drive.
3) Remove the Read-Only attribute (it it is set) from the PST on the hard
drive.
4) If you haven't done so already, install Outlook on the new PC and create
a mail profile that includes the "Personal
Folders" service and that points to the PST.
or
4) If Outlook is already installed and a mail profile exists, start Outlook
then click File>Open>Personal Folders File (or Outlook Data File, depending
on Outlook version - which you didn't think important enough to mention).

You should be all set at this point.
