Transfering Data.......HELP PLEASE

I am trying to transfer all my data form Office XP (on my
old laptop) to my new laptop that has Office 2003. I have
tried the Import / Export way, with NO success.

Copy the pst-file and then connect to it by File-> Open-> Outlook Data
File...

I am trying to transfer all my data form Office XP (on my
old laptop) to my new laptop that has Office 2003. I have
tried the Import / Export way, with NO success.

Never export/import PSTs if you don't have to. Just copy your PST from the
old PC to the new one, making sure you don't overwrite any PSTs of the same
name and removing the read-only attribute, if necessary. Then use
File>Open>Outlook Data File, browse to the moved PST, select it, and click
OK.
