transfering licenses from one computer to another.

I am getting a new computer and would like to take outlook and office and
reinstall them on the new computer (old computer is running vista and the new
one would be running 7). How would I go about the licenses change.

Uninstall from one computer, install on another. It's possible it may
require phone activation.
