Transfering Mail & account settings

Hello, I recently dual booted my PC with 2000 pro and XP
pro. I need some help in transfering my mail, address
book, and outlook settings from 2000 pro to XP pro.

The system has one 80 gig harddrive partitioned in two
(2).

Can you help with this. I would be most greatful.
