Transfering MSOutlook

I am attempting to move all my old Outlook stuff (emails, addresses, etc.)
from my old machine to a new machine. At first I used the "Save my
settings" Wizard under the Office Tools but this didn't transfer any of the
old emails and address book info. When that didn't work I tried copying the
pst file. Perhaps I'm not copying the right file or perhaps I'm not
invoking the correct commands from the menu. What do I need to do to get
Outlook on my new machine to be identical to my old machine?

I use Outback Plus to back up Outlook files, and then use
the same program to "restore" on your new computer.
Try it on the old computer and buy it on the new. I run
this useful tool a couple of times a week. It was well
worth the investment when my hard drive crashed a several
