Transfering Office to new computer

I purchased the Office Professional 2003 upgrade. I would like to install it
on my old desktop computer and get started using it right away. My new
computer will arrive in about a week. Can I keep it on both my computers?
Would I have to uninstall if from my desktop computer before installing it on
my laptop?

You will need a qualifying product since it's an upgrade. Read the EULA to
see if you can install it on the laptop as well.
