Transfering Registration to Macbook?

Hi. I bought the new Microsoft Office 2007 for Student & Home and I was
thinking about getting a MacBook. Currently I have the Home & Student version
installed on my current (Toshiba) laptop and have already used one of the
three times for the serial #.

I was wondering, if I got the MacBook, could I somehow transfer the
registration over instead of having to use another time (using the serial #
again)?

Will Office 2007 for Windows even install on a "MacBook"? The license
itself is for three concurrent installations in the household.
