transfering web to another computer

How do you transfer a completed web (not published yet)
to another computer so that it works so that everything
is linked and looks the same as it does on the original
computer

Publish to a folder on your desktop. Zip the folder, burn the zip to a CD.
Copy the Zip to the other machine, unzip the folder, open it in FrontPage and "Publish" it to a
location on the other machine.
