Transfering Windows to new Hard Disk

I had been using Windows XP professional on my PC, unfortunately my Hard
Disk crashed and now i wish to change my Hard Disk.
I have the Windows CD however i believe windows can be registered only once,
So how do i load the windows XP Prof operating on the new Hard Disk ....
Please advice
