transferring address book from outlook express on one computer to.

i want to copy my address book from my main computer to my laptop. i was
using outlook express and now am using outlook 2003.

So how did you back up this address book and in what format is it now? Have
you already transferred this data to Outlook Express? That would be the
first step you would need to take. Once you do, you can import into Outlook.

If you want to transfer the Windows Address Book (that Outlook Express
uses), find and copy the WAB file. If you want to transfer the Outlook
Contacts folder, copy your PST to the other computer, make sure the
read-only attribute is off, and open it in Outlook with File>Open>Outlook
Data File. Move the items from the contacts in it to your main contacts.
