Transferring between 2000-2003

I did a pst backup of Outlook 2003 to be installed on a
system with Outlook 2000. Outlook 2000 is saying it is
not a valid pst format.

HELP!

Office 2000 can't read 2003 files. Save the 2003 pst file in 2000 format
