Transferring between installations..

Hey,

I installed Office 2000 years ago on my pc, and haven't
needed to reinstall since. During a move, I misplaced the
cd and its case. Now, my old installation of Win2k got
bugged, so I installed a fresh installation of Win2k, but,
while Office is still on my PC, I find that it won't let
me access it from the new installation. I'm guessing its a
registry issue; is there a way to copy the registry keys
from the old installation to the new, and thus unlock
Office again? I would just reinstall, but, well, that's
impossible.

Thanks!

You can contact MS for replacement media:

http://support.microsoft.com/directory/phone.asp?sd=gn

If it's an OEM copy (provided with the PC) you
may need to contact that PC supplier for the media.

Hope this helps.
