Transferring customizations between PCs

Is there an easier way to transfer customizations (templates, macros,
toolbar customizations, etc.) from one PC installation to another without
having to re-create them all one at a time? Both installations are of the
same version of Word.

Transferring the settings is achieved by backing them up on one
computer and restoring them on the other computer.
