transferring e-mails and contacts

I updated my outlook and must not have picked the right thing because the new
outlook doesn't have any of my old saved e-mail or the address book. Is there
any way I can still retrieve the old data into the new outlook or is it gone
forever??

Use the Mail applet in Control Panel to point to your existing PST and make
it your delivery location.
