Transferring Email from mac to pc

I need to transfer my email from Outlook Express on Mac to
Outlook on a PC running Windows 2000, but I'm not
connected to a server at all (so presume I can't transfer
using IMAP). Is there any way I can do this without just
forwarding all the messages to myself? I need to be able
to keep the To and From fields.

If you are not connecting to a mailbox on any server out there, how do you
use Outlook on PC then? I assume as a standalone PIM. However, the best
workaround discussed in the article below, assumes that you have a working
mail account on some server.

The other possible workaround could be to use a handheld device of some sort
which will let you synch messages in your folders in Outlook Express on Mac
and then you can sync them back to your Outlook on PC.

Hope this helps...
