Transferring Email?

Hi everyone

Does anyone know how to get my emails off this old laptop and onto my new
one, downloaded 25 mb of emails today need to get them onto my new laptop
but don't know how, I assume thers a way of doing i!

I have an external hard drive for transfering if this helps!
