transferring info. to next shhet if value if "F"

I am working with two sheets in a workbook I need to have addres
information transferred over to the next sheet if I enter an "F" in on
of the cells. What formula would I use?

you may use a macro to copy all records to the second sheet which
contain an 'F' in one column. See:
