Transferring MS Office

I have a large network environment. We installed Office with Open
licenses on all the machines when they were purchased. We are now
refresshing these machines and want to transfer the licenses to the
new machines - which is perfectly fine with open licenses. My problem
is that the people that did those first machines, did not record
license numbers used on each machine so I have no license numbers.
I'm sure there is a way to retrieve the license number off the machine
as it is buried in the registry. Does anyone know of a program that
can pull it out? I'm talking hundreds of machines and don't have the
time (or patience) to manually dive into the registry, but a small
executable on a thumb drive that could recover it would be great since
I already have the thumb drive there for other files...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Google for Belarc Advisor, it'll retrieve the keys for you.
