transferring office to a new computer

I am not clear what is the procedure when transferring
office to a new computer. When one tries to get the
application registered for the new computer on the
internet, the registration form will not work if ones
application has already been registered. If one tries to
do it by telephone, again one is met by an automated
answering service which will not continue if one is
already registered.

Do it by phone,
after the automated bit fails you get the chance to speak to someone.
