Transferring Outlook 2003 Address Book

I want to copy my Outlook 2003 address book from my desktop to my laptop, and I need detailed directions on how to do this. Thanks.

Outlook does not use an address book. All Outlook data is in one file. The
file you need to transfer is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where
all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
