Transferring Outlook 2003 Info to New Computer

I recently purchased a new computer and want to transfer my Outlook 2003
calendar, contacts and emails to the new computer. Is there an easy way to
do this so that when I open Outlook on the new computer, it will have
everything that was on the old computer?
