Transferring Outlook Express e-mail files to Outlook

I have Outlook Express on one system and Outlook 2000 on a
second system. I wqnt to transfer/import/???? the Outlook
Express e-mail files into Outlook on the other system

Can't seen to figure out how to accomplish this.

Any suggestions???

Your EASIEST way is to install Outlook 2000 on the first system, import the
OE mails and then copy the resultant pst file to the second system.
