Transferring pdf files to Microsoft Word.

I would like to transfer a pdf file to Microsoft Word. There is a
template which i would like to use in Word. I tried transferring first
to My Documents. That worked, but when i transferred the pdf to Word
the text was incrypted. How can i change this? I did see something
this morning that allowed me to do this but i don't remember what it
was. I was in a hurry to get to work.Thanks.

You will need a third party software to export the contents of the PDF.
