Transferring Product Key to new PC from old PC, which has Ultimate

How do I transfer the product key for my Ultimate 2007, which I've installed
on my new PC, when it had previously been installed and was working on my old
PC?

Whenever I put Product Code in, it says that it is being used and unavailable.
