My boss has a laptop with all his emails in Outlook 2002.
Some are in Japanese and some are in english.
We just received a new laptop for him, and I am trying to
transfer the emails to his new laptop.
I am transfer the PST file no problem. However, all the
japanese emails, the subject is all corrupt and in sort
of a windings format. As well as, the contacts in
Japanese are all corrupt as well.
The new laptop has all the language packs installed to
support the japanese.
Any suggestions on how to get all the japanese emails and
contacts to tranfer easily so that they are readable.
