transferring settings/templates etc from old machine to new..

Hi I have OfficeXP on XP Pro and am transferring to new XP Office 2003
machine and want to have all the old settings/templates that have been setup
and the frequently used documents etc.
Where can i find these and can they easily be transferred?
Once they have, are they simply picked up the new install?
