I have queries that I run using the TransferSpreadsheet method to populate
some Excel workbooks. I have Word documents that are in turn linked to the
Excel workbooks which populates part of the documents with the spreadsheet
data. Word treats this paste linked data as a Word table. There are 3
columns in my spreadsheet data: STATE, PRICE AND PRICE_UNIT. STATE and
PRICE_UNIT are text and PRICE is a number. The Access queries are based on a
table where the price data is formatted as currency. The TransferSpreadsheet
method puts the price data in Excel as currency. The problem I'm having is
that the price data doesn't show up in Word as currency and I can't figure
out how to format the data as currency in the Word table. Can anyone help?
Thanks
Jeff.
