I am currently using Office 2003 and would like to dowload 2007 however how
do I transfer all my "contacts" and "calender" notations from one program to
another without having input them all over again.

You shouldn't have to. If your pst file is in the default location, when you
install Office 2007 after un-installing Office 2003, it should automatically
pick all the data up...

I thank you for your info and it sounds easy...however I am pretty weak on
the computer and have no idea how to save them in the "default" location as a
pst file. Can you help? And do I download 2007 "before" uninstalling 2003?

If you don't know, then your pst will will be in the default location.
Uninstall 2003, then install 2007.

The only download for Office 2007 is the trial version. You'd still
need to pay for it in order to keep it for any length of time. You can
generally buy it at a lower cost through Amazon.

BTW, you seem to have posted the same question to at least three
different posts. That is unnecessary. This is an all volunteer managed
newsgroup. Have patience. Someone will usually answer a post
eventually.
