translate file from one language to another?

Anyone know if it is possible to translate a file? We have a file that was
created on a computer that is using a different language interface, but the
text is all English. Upon receiving the file, all of the field headers are in
this other language. Anyone know of a way to change the fields to English?

I found the following in MSP 2000 Help:

"Change the language for the user interface of Microsoft Project 2000
Obtain the Microsoft Project 2000 MultiLanguage Pack and install it.


On the Windows 2000 Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Office
Tools, and then click Microsoft Office Language Settings.


On the User Interface tab, click the language you want in the Display menus
and dialog boxes in list.
Note

If you change the language of the user interface, but don't change the
language for Help to match, the terms for menus and dialog boxes used in Help
won't match the ones you see in the program. For tables of translated menus
and commands, see the Microsoft Project 2000 Resource Kit. Learn about
obtaining the Microsoft Project Resource Kit."

If you are not using MSP 2000 there may be something similar for the version
you are using.
