translating chinese characters to pinyin

Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Hello,

When typing chinese characters on Word document, does anyone know how to show the pinyin romanisation on top of the character automatically without having to type it all out??

I've looked everywhere in help and in Microsoft website but can't figure it out still.

Please help.
