Translation German to English

I have been given a number of Powerpoint presentations (I'm using Office
2003) which are in German. I need to translate these to English. Any
suggestions on services and/or software?

Steve, If you could recommend someone, that would help. Just a warning,
these PPT files are scientific presentations.
