Transparency In Microsoft Office Picture Manager

I would please like to know how to set a transparent color in Picture Manager. I knew how to do it in Photo Editor, but not it Office 2003. Somebody please help me... Thanks in advance.

I don't think you can... and I miss it too! What I do is bring the picture
into Excel or Word and use the Set Transparent Color tool from the Picture
toolbar....
