Transparent Application opened on Desktop

Good Day all
Can someone tell me if its piossible to use a setting in XP to make your
work appear transparent on your desktop apart from the current, meaning i
want to prevent prying eyes to see what i am doing therefore i can have
several applications open on my desktop but can make them transparent apart
from the one that i am curently working at the time?
