This very much depends on how Office was origonally installed, and as to
whether you altered any settings.
Generally by default Office Data files will be in the My Documents Folder
Copy entire contents to a CDR, unless of course yr networked.
If you used Outlook,

for details of mail/contacts etc and how to backup etc
Keep old pc running with Office until you are sure yr new installation is as
was; before removing Office frm old pc.
