Transposing data

I need to transpose a column completely reversed. Can anyone help me with
this? For example:

Before:

2
3


After:

3
2
1

Use a help column, put

1
2
3
4
5
and so on

select both columns and sort on the help column descending

Assuming numbers are in column A

In B1 enter this =INDEX($A$1:$A$3,3-(ROW(A1)-1))

Copy down to B3

Adjust the $A$3,3 to your range of cells.
