Treeview Sample database from Doug Hoed's article

Dear All:

I am looking for the database which is listed Doug Den Hoed's Smart
Access October 2000 article "Taming the Treeview Control".

If anyone has downloaded it when it was available either on the MSDN
site or in Smart Access, could you please email it. The database name
is: TreeLib.mdb

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
