How can I affect which items are visible in the treeview (as opposed to
being "outside the box").
After I expand the entire tree, I would like the topmost item (node1) to be
visible at the top of the treeview box.
After I expand all of the nodes and subnodes of a selected node, I would
like the selected node to be at the top of the box.
