trendind data from compact flash card to excel

Hi, Can anybody help me?
I have 4 samples trended and written to a compact flash card and read
in excel.
The display needed should be something like this:

Sec/Min/Hour/Date sample 1 sample 2 sample 3
sample 4
"" " " "" ""
"" "" ""
"" " " "" ""
"" "" ""
"" ""
etc................................................................................................
The problem is i cannot produce the current date with the sample
results. I beleive Excel counts dates from year 1900 1st jan. Thr time
and date is like a date stamp really!
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :mad:
