Having had not much to do - actually nothing with showing a trend on a chart
I would like some help.

Have setup a chart that shows

Name Annual leave Owing Long Service Leave Owing Totals Weeks Leave
owing Total days in future of booked leave.

How do I show a trend showing leave totals either decreasing or increasing?

Right-click on a line/bar, whatever, choose -Add Trendline-, take you
pick in the dialogue bo
