Am trying to create a trifold brochure about the products and services that I
sell using a standard letter size sheet of paper.

Are you getting the data from a Microsoft Access database? If not, you are
in the wrong newsgroup. Please post to the product you are using (Word?
Publisher?).

If you are using Access, you might get better results in the Report
newsgroup.
