tri-fold margin

I am making a tri-fold brochure. In the right panel, which would be the
cover and inside right panels, I cannot print anything closer than 1/2" to
the edge. The left panel, I can print within 1/8" of the edge. This is for
both text boxes and objects.

All margins are set to 0" in the layout guide.

Anything I can do to bring my printing out?

Thanks

I will be sending this out to have proffessionally printed. Can I ignore the
layout limitations my printer imposes and set text out to 1/8" and hope that
the printer's proof catches it?

Yes, you can do that. If you want to get real anal, you could ask the
printer which printer driver he uses, install the driver and set that as
your preview printer driver.

But it would be a waste of time. As long as you know your commercial
printer's limitations for margins, and you design to those specifications,
you will be A-OK.

Thanks for your help. I know the printer can handle full bleed so the 1/8"
margin should not be a problem.
