trial 2007 verification key problem

I installed the trial Office 2007, but the verification key they sent me
doesn't work. Has this happened to anyone. All my files have been converted
and when I open any Office program I can't use them. If anyone has heard of
this please let me know. Thank you.

are you that you are using the correct install kit / product key pair? could
you try downloading again?

where did you get the trial from?
