Trial Installation Of Microsoft Access 2007

J

Josh B

When I install it, it seems fine, but when I reach the end of the
installation, it said you must install Microsoft Outlook.

So, that's what I did, and the installation seemed to work fine, but again,
when I reached the end of the installation it said you must install Microsoft
Outlook!

I don't know why it said that even when I was installing Microsoft Outlook!

Please Help!

Josh B,

Not sure why you are getting the message... where are you downloding from?

Josh,

I thought that might be the case, so I tried it and no error message when I
go install. Nor do I get the question about Outlook. What version of
Windows are you on and can you provide the link (you never know).

I forgot to mention that the error message said "install outlook from CD1".

Don't know if that helps.

Josh.

Josh,

The one you are downloading is for Ireland, is that where you are? Here's
the US one...

...this is the one I tested with no issues.

It seems to be going faster so I think downloading from the US helps.

I found a success!

It seems to work fine now.

Just one quick question:

Do you know why it happened?

J

I seem to be experiencing some more problems :(

It won't allow me to create a new database.

Is it not available in the trial?

Ignore my last post!

When I try to activate it, it said "Communication error. Please try again in
a few minutes."

Hope it works.
