Trial OneNote 2007 cannot be activated

I cannot use (the only) way to activate my trial via Internet.
If running as Administrator, it says 'Activation system is down for
maintenance'.
If running as user, it says 'Your request cannot be processed at this time'.

What can be the problem?

I have the same issue. Not sure if there is a solution yet, but obviously it
universal.
