Trial Version Deletion

G

Ginatarelli

I had Word for Windows 2002, and Outlook Express on my Windows XP. I used
Trial Version of Office 2003 to use some of the PowerPoint programs
temporarily to see if I wanted to purchase it. Now that my trial is expired,
I can no longer fully access my Word 2002 and/or Outlook Express. How do I
get rid of the trial version of Office 2003? Please contact me IMMEDIATELY
because it is holding up a bunch of other programs for me. THANK YOU!

No one is going to contact you immediately - the best you can do is hope
that some person who reads these news groups will read your post and
respond.

To remove the trial version, use the Add/Remove in Control Panel to remove
the trial edition. It should have no effect on Outlook Express but if you
had Word from either Works Suite or another Works like program, you will
have to use the Detect and Repair function found under Help in your Word
program. If it does not open, you may have to reinstall and select
maintenance mode.
