If I install the Trial Version of Office 2003 and then and the trial ends,
can I convert back to my previous version if I don't like the 2003 version?

you have to un/reinstall it. (if you chose to remove the previous version -
and note that with the exception of outlook, both suites may co-exist)

It can get ugly because of the different product keys. If you aren't going
to buy Office 2003, stick with what you have. Just my opinion, of course.

I don't like the trial version at all, regardless of versions. I figure if
you want Office, just buy it. If you want a newer version, look up the new
features and then figure out if it's worth buying. That trial version just
seems to cause problems. (But I really do like Office - it's the *trial*
version I dislike.)
