I purchased a brand new computer two days ago and it came
with a 60-day trial of Microsoft Office. I even had to
enter a product key code to activate it. But the strange
thing is, I can't use it. I can open a saved document
with it and "look" at it. I cannot edit it. I also cannot
create a new document. None of the options in the drop
down menus are highlighted. They are all faded and I
cannot click on them. It's not that I don't know how to
use Word, because I use it everyday at work. I just think
it's an awful thing to give someone a free 60-day trial
and yet they can't even use it. Such a ripoff!!! Just
wondering if anyone else had this problem.
