Tried to upgrade, 2 sets now, can't open either outlook HELP

I installed MS Office - had a trial version, loaded full version. Now I have
two versions loaded and I can't open either copy of MS Outlook. Actually, I
can open my original and see all my email history & contacts (thank God!!)
but when I try to send/receive, program just shuts down. Do I merge,
uninstall, or what?

Uninstall both versions, rebooting between uninstalls. Then install only
the full version. All of your settings will remain but you may want ot back
up your .pst file for safety sake.

After you reinstall, if Outlook does not open, create a new mail profile
under Control Panel->mail icon->profiles->new. Configure it to use your old
..pst file.
