Triggering animation when clicking on a command button (VBA)

Hi,

I want to have a group of text boxes fly in when a command button is
clicked.

I assume VBA code needs to be used.

Any ideas ?

VBA is not required. You will need trigger animation to do so. Note that
trigger is only avaliable in PowerPoint 2002/XP and above.
First, create an action button or autoshape.
Click Slide Show > Custom animation.
Select the textboxes and click add effect > Fly in.
Now, Select all the fly in effects, right click on these effects.
Select Timing.
Click on the trigger button, select "Start effect on click of".
Click on the drop down field and search for the action button/autoshape that
you want to click on to animate the textboxes.
Ok your way out.
